Join us for the Comedy Youth Lounge, a weekly gathering designed for youth in grades 8 to 12 who are ready to unleash their inner comedians! Each session will be a fun and supportive space where participants can explore the art of comedy, learn new skills, and collaborate with peers.
What to Expect:
- October 9: Introduction to comedy and guest speaker from Kamloops
- October 16: Humor across cultures
- October 23: Comedy introduction and guest speaker from Nanaimo
- October 30: Time to prepare and work on your own comedy material
- Final Event (November6): Stand-Up Comedy Night
At the end of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their comedic talents during our exciting Stand-Up Comedy Night! This is your chance to take the stage and share your best jokes with friends, family, and fellow comedy enthusiasts. Come join us for laughs, creativity, and unforgettable memories!
