Join us for this featured workshops that will help you gain valuable information to help you in your professional career! Each session you will learn about an important piece on finding and getting the job that is right just for you! You can sign up for just the workshops that seems to most interesting to you, or sign up for all of them and become an expert!
What to expect:
- July 6 – How to target your JOB SEARCH
- You might have all the necessary qualifications for a job, but you cannot seem to find anything that is of interest to you or that match the qualifications you have. This workshop will teach you find a perfect JOB match for YOU.
- July 11 – Getting INTERVIEW READY
- After you have applied for a job, you got a call back and are asked to come in for an interview, great! You are a great candidate in paper, now is time to show them in person why you are the ideal person for that position. Learn what are best techniques for nailing your interview and getting you that job!
- July 13 – Creating the best RESUME & COVER LETTER
- A cover letter is your elevator pitch, why are you the right person for the job, what are your qualifications and how they match the place you want to work at. In this workshop, you will learn the parts of a cover letter and how to target it to the job that you want, how to make yourself the right fit for that position.
- Resume building is trickier than it might seem, but in this workshop you will learn how to build it for the job you are interested in, how to make you stand out, and more tips on a great resume.
