- For Kids: Fun games and activities to introduce them to rugby.
- For Teens: Learn about our programs that help build skills and teamwork.
- For Young Adults (18-35): Find out about our teams and fitness programs for young adults.
- For Adults (36+): Discover how you can stay active and enjoy rugby at any age.
We will have a live demonstration so you can see how the game is played and have a chance to try it yourself (no contact required).
